It has always been my desire to develop a web site into which I could place whatever I wanted. This could not be possible until recently that I succeeded to do so although I was even busier than before accomplishing other tasks that I thought they should be done before it is too late.

In this web site you'll find many things about OWL programming, Optimization techniques and algorithms. I also intend to provide topics on mechanical and civil engineering in near future. These are perhaps the sort of things that I always wanted or was obliged to work with and would be so delighted to talk about, but only if I could have the chance to gather enough information before doing so!
